TIFFANY BUSH - Tiffany Bush, Vice President of Group Benefits, joined BPIA in 2005. She is responsible for providing competitive quotes for new business and renewals. Tiffany consults with clients to match their financial and insurance needs with the latest cost effective benefit plans. She brings over 21 years of experience in the health insurance industry.
Tiffany possesses a unique combination of senior level experience in sales and account management for large and small groups with well established insurance carriers such as Health Net, PacifiCare and TakeCare. Tiffany’s background provides invaluable insight when working with carriers. She maintains longstanding relationships within the industry which translates to successful outcomes for our clients and BPIA.
Tiffany’s broad range of experience and extensive knowledge makes her an excellent resource for our clients. She works with clients of every size and scope, including Non-Profits, technology companies, start-ups, printing companies, law firms, medical practices and accounting firms. Tiffany is dedicated to educating our clients on the latest products, including HSAs, and strategizing the best fit based on their current needs and goals.

Mr. Colton, who serves on Fort Point Insurance Service’s Board of Directors, began his insurance career in 1976 with a well known Bay Area regional brokerage firm, Richard N. Goldman & Company. Over his 30 year career with Goldman Insurance, Mr. Colton, who tends to be restless and curious, began as a life insurance consultant, learned personal lines insurance, became an Employee Benefits specialist and ultimately specialized in handling the commercial insurance needs of his Bay Area clients. During his years at Goldman, Mr. Colton held a series of management positions and ultimately served as President until their sale to Willis Insurance Services in 2002. At Willis Insurance Services he served in the positions of Executive Vice President, President and CEO.
Mr. Colton was born and raised in San Francisco and has a long history of involvement in the non-profit community. He currently serves on the boards of YMCA San Francisco, Working Solutions and Insight Prison Project. He also serves on the Advisory Boards of Larkin Street Youth Center and Women’s Initiative for Self-Employment.

JOHN FERGUSON -
John A Ferguson, Vice President, has over 30 years experience in the Insurance industry. He began, in 1978, as a California Resident Insurance
Producer and became a licensed a Fire and Casualty Broker-Agent in 1979. John has worked with R.L. Ferguson Insurance Agency, of Walnut Creek: McDermott-Costa, In San Leandro, and Sinclair-Dwyer. He was active on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee for the Independent Insurance Agent Association of Contra Costa County.
John discovered his passion for Non-Profit organizations while working with Sinclair-Dwyer. He works diligently to address the ever-changing and increasing needs of each organization. John is mindful of organizations’ budgetary constraints and seeks competitive pricing to deliver affordable coverage.
John has diverse interests and enjoys all of them. He is a “boutique” wine maker, an avid NASCAR fan and living Green by participating in recycling efforts/projects.
