Tiffany Boyster, Personal Lines Manager, has over 6 years experience in all aspects of personal lines products. She began her career working with State Farm Insurance and earned her license in 2003. Tiffany is currently working toward her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation.   She understands that continuing education is essential in the insurance industry. Her knowledge of policy coverages is outstanding.

She is committed to the industry and her goal is to continue to educate herself while delivering exemplary client service. Tiffany leads with a positive, solution oriented attitude. KATINA KNAPP -
Katina Knapp, Customer Service Representative, is the newest member of the Personal Lines Division. She is enthusiastic and exceptionally quick learner. Katina became licensed, with the Department of Insurance within 60 days of joining the BPIA team.

Katina issues evidence of insurance for Escrow transactions, auto identification cards and conducts research on client inquiries. Clients can count on Katina’s to attention to detail and prompt response.

NATASHA SUBIA -
Natasha Subia, Personal Lines CSR, started her insurance career in 1994 as the receptionist for a family owned agency. She enjoyed learning and earned her license in 1996. Natasha is well-versed in personal line products and policy coverages. She has specialized in residential, auto and umbrella policies for over 12 years.

Natasha’s lively demeanor and spunky sense of humor contributes to the overall effectiveness of the Personal Lines Division.
